Unknown Error When Using Windows 7
When using Windows 7, you may encounter an Unknown error when attempting to recover the operating system from Microsoft Window 8 or 10 to Windows 7 or from WEB ACPI is part of Intel IO drivers. If you switch to W7 64 bit, you can install this hotfix. However, it is only good for W7 64 bit.
Fix: Install Hotfix
To fix this issue, install the following hotfix from Microsoft:
- KB4073259: Update for Windows 7 for x64-based systems (KB4073259)
After installing the hotfix, restart your computer and try again to recover the operating system.
